College Station Professional Fire Fighters Association Human Relations Committee Purpose: The College Station Professional Firefighters Association Human Relations Committee (CSPFFA HRC) shall be a standing committee established by the Local 4511 President and may be dissolved at his/her discretion at any time. The CSPFFA HRC is intended to consider all matters pertaining to any designated subject as appointed by the Executive Board. The HRC’s intent is to provide Local 4511 members with new approaches and ideas to expand the diversity within firehouses, the community, and our members. The HRC will also review and make recommendations to the board for any business as assigned by the Executive Board. HRC benefits:
Members: Members shall be appointed by the Local President and may be replaced at the HRC members’ or the Presidents’ request. There is no maximum or minimum member roster, although 12-18 members will be idea. Executive Board Chair: Nick Sutton

College Station Professional Fire Fighters Association Media and Communications Committee Purpose: The College Station Professional Firefighters Association Media and Communications Committee (CSPFFA MCC) shall be a standing committee established by the Local 4511 President and may be dissolved at his/her discretion at any time. The CSPFFA MCC is intended to offer and deliver news, information, and updates to members about our organization and our profession and all matters pertaining to any designated subject as appointed by the Executive Board. The MCC is responsible for gathering and delivering electronic news on an ongoing basis. Objectives: The goal of the MCC is to keep membership fully informed on opportunities within the CSPFFA including, but not limited to, professional development, counseling, trends and news about our profession, and general announcements. As a result, the MCC shall be actively engaged in the CSPFFA affairs and utilize appropriate resources to enhance the services they provide to our members and the local media as needed. Members: Members shall be appointed by the Local President and may be replaced at the MCC members’ or the Presidents’ request. There is no maximum or minimum member roster, although 3-6 members will be idea.
